I contacted Letitia around December 2019 to plan a surprise trip for my boyfriend’s 28th birthday. Within the day I had multiple options with various price and location differences. The hardest thing they do this entire vacation was to actually pick which location, I wanted to go! Payments were easily made and by no time Our vacation was here! We stayed at the Royalton Antigua which was a brand-new resort and breathtaking! Letitia made our travel planning fast, secure and SIMPLE! I cannot wait for our next vacation working Letitia!!!!!

Letitia was with me all the way for months before the trip; from answering questions, setting up payment plans, handling transportation to and from the airport and sending emails/text updates for our trip to Montego Bay. It was a surprise birthday getaway for my mom’s 50th birthday, that she will never forget. I had a clear understanding of what was happening throughout the entire process. I’m so happy that we had a great experience and that was all thanks to Letitia.
